Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Serotonex order. Please read this policy before you buy.
Returns
Dreamy Plus is a personal-use wellness product, so for hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, whether the pack is opened or unopened.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item or a missing item, we will replace it at no extra cost. To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@serotonex.com.
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Attach clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.
Once we have checked your request, we will send a replacement. If we need the item back, we will arrange and pay for the return delivery. Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available, we will offer you a refund instead. As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Please share the account details you would like us to use. Approved refunds are usually sent within 7 business days.
Return delivery costs
We pay return delivery for items that were damaged, faulty or wrong. In any other case where we agree to take an item back, the customer pays the return delivery cost.
Delivery fee
The Rs. 250 delivery fee is non-refundable, unless the problem with your order was our mistake.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Email us at info@serotonex.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
