Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Serotonex. This policy explains how and where we deliver your order.

Where we deliver
We deliver all over Pakistan through our courier partners.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries to remote areas, and orders placed during sales, public holidays or bad weather, may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is a delay with your order.

Delivery charges
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan. The fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please pay the full order amount, including the delivery fee, to the courier when you receive your parcel. Keeping the exact amount ready helps the delivery go smoothly.

Order confirmation
We may call or message you on the phone number you gave at checkout to confirm your order before we dispatch it. Please make sure your name, full address and phone number are correct.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you by email or SMS where available.

Failed or refused deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, or the parcel is refused at delivery, the order will be returned to us and cancelled.

Checking your parcel
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for details.
