Welcome to Serotonex. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

In these Terms, “Serotonex”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Serotonex store. “You” means anyone who visits our website or buys from us.

1. Using our website
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in Pakistan to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you place an order, including your name, address and phone number. You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it.

2. Our products and health information
Dreamy Plus and our other products are wellness products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on our website and packaging is for general information only and is not medical advice.

Before using our products:

  • Read the directions and caution information on the packaging.
  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Consult a doctor if you take any medication or have a medical condition.
  • Products may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy.
  • Stop use and remove the patch if skin irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Results can vary from person to person. You use our products at your own discretion.

3. Product descriptions and images
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging design may change from time to time without affecting the product.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to every order and is shown at checkout. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please pay the full amount to the courier when you receive your order.

We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the order details cannot be confirmed, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. We may also limit the quantity of products per person, household or order.

6. Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by things outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

7. Returns and refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, faulty or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced. Full details are in our Refund policy.

8. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and offers are subject to their own conditions. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may have an end date, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse discount codes.

9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

10. Reviews and messages
If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you confirm that it is your own and is not false, offensive or unlawful. You allow us to use, edit and publish this content in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Serotonex and Dreamy Plus names, logos, packaging designs, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

12. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are delivered by third-party courier companies. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked from our website.

13. Disclaimer
Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that a product will produce a particular result for you.

14. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Serotonex will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani law that cannot be excluded.

15. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Using our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
